Programmes for the pre-conference workshops and main conference have been approved by the National Council of Social Service VWOs-Charities Capability Fund (VCF). Please upload your official “Approval Email For VCF Application” from NCSS during registration.

Payment

You will receive an email confirmation upon full payment via credit cards. For payment via bank transfer and local cheque, you will receive an e-invoice for payment. 

Upon full payment, participants of the main conference will not be allowed to change the 3 tracks they have registered for.

There is no refund for cancellation. An applicant who is unable to attend the conference may nominate an alternate. This is not applicable to VCF-funded applicants.

Yes, requests must be made in writing to the GBC Secretariat at [email protected] no later than 8 September 2021.

Yes, you can input the billing details of the organisation’s contact person (e.g. HR/finance department) in the payment form under Customer Note.
