Payment Instructions
Conditions for payment by bank transfer, credit card, local cheque or telegraphic transfer (wired):
- You will receive an email confirmation upon full payment via credit cards. For payment via bank transfer and local cheque, you will receive an e-invoice for payment. After 7 September 2021, only payment by credit card is accepted.
- All registrations must be accompanied by full payment in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and based on the procedures stated below by 7 September 2021. Early bird registration and payment must reach us by 31 August 2021.
- Upon full payment, participants of the main conference will not be allowed to change the 3 tracks they have registered for.
- There is no refund for cancellation. An applicant who is unable to attend the conference may nominate an alternate. This is not applicable to VCF-funded applicants.
- Requests for replacement must be made in writing to the GBC Secretariat at [email protected] no later than 8 September 2021.
- For bank transfer, local cheque or telegraphic transfer (WIRED):
- Please indicate the Registration ID and Name of the Billing Organisation / Contact Person on the back of the local cheque before sending it to GBC Secretariat.
- Please indicate the Registration ID and Name of the Billing Organisation / Contact Person on the front of the bank transfer or telegraphic transfer (WIRED) advice after payment has been made and either email or mail to GBC Secretariat.

- All cheques are to be made payable to “Singapore Hospice Council” in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- For payment made by telegraphic transfer (WIRED), you are required to add a payment transaction charge of SGD50/- per transaction. If there is a shortfall because you did not add the transaction charge, you will need to settle the outstanding amount before your registration is considered complete.
